Job Summary
Conduct legal work on significant government projects shaping Queensland's future, including major infrastructure for the 2032 Olympics, social and affordable housing initiatives, and renewable energy developments. Collaborate with a tier-one real estate practice to advise on capital transactions, leasing, and transport projects across diverse industries. Gain hands-on experience working closely with senior partners on matters spanning private and public sectors, managing competing priorities and communicating effectively with institutional clients and government authorities.
Required Qualifications
- Property experience
- exposure to different types of property matters
- 2-6 years' post admission experience
- Strong academic background
- excellent client-facing capability
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- ability to communicate with impact to both internal and external clients and staff
- Strong time and project management skills
- ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
