Job Summary
Join Clayton Utz's Corporate M&A and Capital Markets team in Perth. This hands-on role targets lawyers with 2-5 years’ post-qualification experience in Corporate M&A and Capital Markets who will work on high-profile, market-leading deals, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, ASX listings, and cross-border transactions. You will structure, draft, and negotiate corporate transactions, collaborate closely with Partners and senior lawyers, and advise top Australian companies and global funds across a broad range of corporate matters with a particular focus on the resources sector including critical minerals. The role offers exposure to significant clients and complex transactions, with opportunities for professional growth, partnering with a supportive, independent-minded team and flexible work arrangements. A strong academic record and client-focused mindset, plus excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are essential.
