Job Summary
Drive enrollment, program quality, and community engagement by overseeing sports, literacy, arts, STEM, and mentoring initiatives. Recruit, hire, coach, and supervise staff and volunteers to foster a high-performing team culture. Manage daily operations, including schedules, budgets, payroll, and onsite leadership while ensuring compliance with state regulations and food program requirements. Build partnerships with schools, families, and the Advancement team to expand fundraising and visibility. Lead special events and parent/community relations activities to support youth development across the Clubhouse.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in early childhood education, child development, education, human services, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience leading or coordinating a youth program or licensed childcare setting
- Ability to be onsite a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a dynamic, active environment
