Job Summary
Diagnose and resolve turf, weed, and shrub problems while performing aeration, pest control, and fertilization. Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely, assist with general landscaping tasks, and ensure properties are clean and well-maintained after each job. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires a valid driver's license and physical fitness for laborer duties. Training provided for candidates without prior experience. Earn $18.00–$20.00 per hour with weekly pay, production bonuses, and full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) match.
