Requires outdoor work, ability to operate mowing equipment, lift 50–60 lbs, reliability, and willingness to train newer team members. Schedule typically 7:00 AM start with 8–12 hour days, Monday–Saturday as weather/workload dictates; potential year-round employment with seasonal-to-year-round opportunity.
