Job Summary
Perform soil analysis and diagnose turf, palm, and shrub conditions. Apply organic, hybrid, integrated, and nutrient-based treatments to control insects, diseases, and weeds. Provide seeding, aeration, and other landscape enhancement services while educating clients on their properties. Manage your own territory with pride and independence. Operate various equipment and perform heavy lifting in all weather conditions. This role requires a valid Pesticide/Herbicide Applicator's License or ability to obtain one, a valid driver's license, and authorization to work in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to operate various equipment and perform heavy lifting in all weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the independence to work autonomously
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills to communicate effectively with clients
- A valid Pesticide/Herbicide Applicator's License—or the ability to obtain one
- Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to operate equipment in outdoor conditions
