Job Summary
Perform soil analysis and diagnose turf, palm, and shrub conditions. Apply organic, hybrid, integrated, and nutrient-based treatments to control insects, diseases, and weeds. Provide seeding, aeration, and other landscape enhancement services. Educate clients with comprehensive property information. Manage your own territory with pride and independence. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in outdoor conditions. Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in lawn care maintenance and turf application
- The ability to operate various equipment and perform heavy lifting in all weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the independence to work autonomously
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills to communicate effectively with clients
- A valid Pesticide/Herbicide Applicator's License—or the ability to obtain one; Florida JE card preferred
- Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
- A valid driver's license
- Employees may be required to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds and operate equipment in outdoor conditions
Desired Qualifications
- A degree in Turf, Entomology, Plant Sciences, Horticulture, or equivalent experience (preferred)
- A valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
