Job Summary
Lawn Maintenance Crew Member position responsible for mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, pruning, and bed maintenance for commercial and residential accounts. Use tablet/digital system to record completed work, maintain equipment, and collaborate with the crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently. Requires at least 3 years of outdoor lawn-maintenance experience and proficiency with equipment such as commercial mowers, aerators, de-thatchers, and string trimmers. Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain/maintain a DOT Health Card. Offered benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, PTO, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in lawn maintenance or similar outdoor work
- Experience using commercial mowers, aerators, de-thatchers, string trimmers, and related equipment
