Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in lawn care or groundskeeping preferred
- Competency operating a zero-turn mower, trimmer, and blower
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist with equipment repairs
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and winter on-call shifts
- Ability to reliably report to job sites and follow route assignments
