Job Summary
Operate commercial lawn equipment to mow, trim, edge, and perform detail maintenance on residential and commercial properties. Work 8–10 hours outside in Florida weather with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, maintaining high standards alongside your crew leader. Keep equipment and company trucks clean, organized, and ready for the 7 AM rollout. Prior lawn care experience with mowers, trimmers, and blowers is required. Earn $17.50–$22.00 hourly plus quarterly profit sharing bonuses while enjoying health insurance, PTO, and a clear promotion path to Team Lead.
