Job Summary
Lawn maintenance employee responsible for mowing grassy areas, weed-eating and edging, trimming shrubs and hedges, mulching, weeding, leaf cleanup, and blowing off sidewalks/driveways. Operates lawn maintenance equipment with a focus on safety and efficient use of Association properties and client assets. Maintains a professional image, supports a therapeutic environment, and contributes to customer satisfaction. Performs duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or Executive Director, attends required trainings, and documents activities and payments by deadlines. Ensures all equipment and vehicles are safe and serviceable for next-day use; promotes compliance with Association rules and maintains a consistent team approach.
Required Qualifications
- Valid State of FL driver's license with safe driving record
- Must be able to drive company vehicle (truck and trailer)
- Basic knowledge of lawn maintenance
- Meet guidelines of good morale character and FDLE background screening
