Lawn Crew

Operate lawn maintenance equipment provided by CARC to mow grassy areas, weed, edge, trim shrubs, mulch, rake leaves, and clear sidewalks and driveways. Perform duties efficiently and safely while prioritizing preventive maintenance and safety training on all equipment. Assist with maintenance and repair of Association facilities, vehicles, and equipment, ensuring they are serviced and prepared for daily use. Submit accurate documentation by specific deadlines and represent the Association positively to customers, the public, and co-workers. Maintain a professional manner and therapeutic environment while adhering to all company and government safety regulations.
