Job Summary
Provide professional lawn care treatments including fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, and pest management services while safely handling products and operating company equipment. Perform lawn evaluations to identify customer needs, educate clients on lawn health, and generate field sales opportunities. Drive vehicles, complete daily inspections, and maintain accurate service records. Work full-time Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak season. Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and provide employment eligibility documentation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Available to work full-time, including occasional Saturdays during peak season
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Receptive to coaching and committed to following company policies and safety standards
