Job Summary
Lawn Doctor is seeking a Lawn Care Technician to be the customer-facing, route-based technician who performs lawn treatments (fertilization, weed control, soil health applications), aeration, overseeding, turf improvement, and outdoor pest control (mosquitoes, ticks). The role involves operating lawn care equipment and service vehicles safely, educating customers on lawn health and maintenance recommendations, maintaining service records and route documentation, meeting productivity goals, and working independently outdoors with strong customer service and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must have current valid 3.0 Turf and Landscape license
