Job Summary
Apply lawn care treatments including fertilization, weed control, and soil health applications. Perform aeration, overseeding, power seeding, and turf improvement services. Provide mosquito, tick, and outdoor pest control treatments. Operate lawn care equipment and service vehicles safely and efficiently. Educate customers on lawn health, maintenance recommendations, and additional service options. Maintain accurate service records and route documentation. Assist with shop organization, equipment maintenance, and daily preparation. Meet productivity goals while delivering exceptional customer service. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Competitive pay plus commission opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
