Job Summary
Apply lawn care treatments including fertilization, weed control, soil health applications, aeration, overseeding, power seeding, and turf improvement services. Provide mosquito, tick, and outdoor pest control treatments while operating lawn care equipment and service vehicles safely. Educate customers on lawn health, maintenance recommendations, and additional service options. Maintain accurate service records and route documentation, assist with shop organization and equipment maintenance, and meet productivity goals while delivering exceptional customer service. Work independently in a route-based environment with competitive pay plus commission opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Ability to safely operate machinery and lawn care equipment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
