Job Summary
Lawn Care Technician delivering fertilization, weed control and exterior pest treatments to residential properties; operating company application equipment on local routes, conducting property evaluations, and making service recommendations. Communicates clearly with customers at each visit and documents service details using mobile devices. Earns commission on additional services and collaborates with Lawn Care Specialists, Sales Specialists, and Customer Experience team members. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, strong communication and customer-focused mindset, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work outdoors; schedule is Mon-Fri 6:45 AM–5 PM with potential Saturday availability; includes full benefits package, PTO and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Team player who collaborates well with others while also working independently
- Successful completion of a criminal background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and walk approximately 8–12 miles per day
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, and light rain)
- Saturday availability may be required based on weather conditions
