Job Summary
Perform landscaping maintenance and snow removal duties, including mowing lawns, weeding, planting flowers, and removing debris from property grounds. Empty trash, shovel, and conduct repairs using blowers, mowers, drills, or hand tools while ensuring lawns are manicured appropriately. Inspect irrigation systems regularly, repair as needed, and maintain community equipment. Safely operate vehicles, follow safety procedures, and report all maintenance issues to the manager. Ensure the community adheres to curb appeal standards and provides quality customer service to residents and guests. Full-time positions available.
Required Qualifications
- High School (some HS education required)
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery
- Ability to provide legible written reports
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous lawn care experience in the resort/hospitality industry, preferred
