Diagnose and resolve turf, weed, and shrub problems while performing lawn care services including aeration, pest control, and fertilization. Assist with general landscaping tasks and operate, maintain tools, and equipment safely. Ensure properties remain clean and well-maintained after each job. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires a valid driver's license and physical fitness for laborer duties. Training provided for candidates without prior experience.
