Job Summary
Provide high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties using hand and powered equipment. Perform soil analysis to address weeds, insects, and lawn diseases while educating customers on tailored solutions. Identify upselling opportunities and resolve on-site questions through clear communication. Maintain safety standards and proper PPE use throughout year-round operations, including winter season work. Valid driver's license, background check, and drug test required for this hourly, non-exempt position.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (THC excluded)
- Must be at least 21 years old (company vehicle requirement)
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE

- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
