Job Summary
Provide high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties using hand and powered equipment. Perform soil analysis to address weeds, insects, and lawn diseases, while educating customers on proper care and recommending tailored solutions. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and communicate professionally to resolve on-site questions. Maintain safety standards with proper PPE use and work independently or as part of a team in varying weather conditions. This role offers paid training from day one, a year-round schedule including winter, and opportunities for internal promotion within a fast-growing company that creates outdoor spaces.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (THC excluded)
- Must be at least 21 years old (company vehicle requirement)
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE

- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
