Job Summary
Diagnose and treat lawn diseases, infestations, and weeds using specialized training to perform soil analysis and apply customized nutrient blends. Manage independent territory by running various equipment, performing seeding and aeration services, and communicating comprehensive lawn care information to clients. Work outdoors in all weather conditions to ensure the health and well-being of client landscapes while obtaining or maintaining required Pesticide/Herbicide Applicator licenses. This role offers extensive field time for problem-solving and process improvement within a collaborative team environment that emphasizes quality, safety, and continuous education.
Required Qualifications
- A Degree in Turf, Entomology, Plant Sciences, Horticulture, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of hands on experience in lawn care maintenance and turf application
- The responsibility and independence to work autonomously
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs
- The appropriate Pesticide/Herbicide Applicator's License(s), or the ability to obtain one
- The desire to work outdoors
- Valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.
