Job Summary
Lawn Care Sales Professional responsible for identifying new residential and commercial opportunities, conducting onsite lawn assessments, delivering tailored proposals, and providing accurate pricing quotes to drive revenue growth. You will grow the commercial segment by acquiring new accounts, prospect through cold calls, networking, referrals, and industry events, and maintain client records in the CRM. Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery, and manage your own schedule within a Monday–Friday, 9–5 framework with occasional Saturdays. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, plus the ability to analyze customer needs and present tailored lawn care solutions, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven sales experience (preferably in lawn care, landscaping, or related industries)
- strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- experience in conducting onsite proposals or similar client-facing assessments
- self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- ability to analyze customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
