Lawn Care Sales & Customer Relations Specialist

As Lawn Care Sales Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners by identifying lawn health needs and recommending customized treatment programs. Responsibilities include converting inbound leads into Lawn Doctor customers, building relationships with existing customers and recommending additional lawn care services, resolving customer concerns professionally, conducting customer follow-up calls, increasing customer retention and satisfaction, generating additional revenue through account growth and renewals, maintaining accurate customer records and sales, and supporting office customer service operations.
