Job Summary
Perform commercial and residential lawn maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and weed control. Operate commercial mowing and landscape equipment safely while identifying common turf issues and plants. Lead and manage a lawn care crew efficiently, maintaining high property standards and clean, organized trucks. Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and customers. Develop leadership skills to grow into a crew leader position within a stable, full-time team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work daily
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attendance
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
