Job Summary
Perform basic lawncare maintenance tasks (mowing, weeding, trimming) across residential and commercial properties; work with your crew to complete jobs efficiently; maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites; outdoor, physical work with 8-12 hour days (April–November) and potential for year-round work including snow removal; opportunity to advance to Lead Hand and higher roles; require teamwork and reliability; must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record; able to lift 50+ lbs; no prior experience required as training is provided; location is Owatonna, MN with in-person work arrangement.
