Lawn Care Laborer

Operate zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers to maintain residential and commercial properties. Edge sidewalks, driveways, and landscaping beds, then blow hard surfaces for a polished finish. Perform routine equipment checks and follow safety guidelines while maintaining a consistent, high-quality standard. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to lift 35-80 lbs regularly and work outdoors in all seasons. Starting pay of $20 per hour based on experience, with additional sales and production bonuses available. Full-time employment with weekly pay, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 60 days, plus PTO, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with 5% employer match.
