Job Summary
Lead outreach, relationship development, and onboarding for UK and EMEA law schools, serving as the primary point of contact for faculty, library staff, student organizations, and administrators. Run product training, demos, workspace setup, and activation events, including semester-start all-hands pushes and faculty workshops. Launch and manage student ambassador and faculty champion networks while advising curriculum committees on course integration and on-campus embeds. Build market playbooks and execute the September 2026 international launch across France, Germany, Singapore, and the Nordics. Partner with commercial, legal engineering, and marketing teams on in-market events and co-activation opportunities. Based in London with travel across UK, Europe, and APAC.

Desired Qualifications
- UK law degree preferred (LLB, LPC, or equivalent) — deep understanding of how UK law schools are structured and how faculty, students, and administrators operate
- Strong experience in legal practice, legal tech, legal innovation, or academic programs — experience in a client-facing or externally-facing role is a strong differentiator
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of relationships in a high-growth or startup environment — you keep up with a high volume without losing account depth
- Comfortable running product trainings and demos for audiences ranging from first-year students to senior faculty and deans
- Entrepreneurial and self-directed — you build from scratch, operate without a playbook, and hold yourself accountable across multiple markets
- Strong organizational instincts — you can manage many schools across multiple countries and time zones
