Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client inquiries, scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling consultations while managing attorney calendars. Conduct timely follow-up with prospective clients and deliver a professional, empathetic intake experience. Enter and maintain accurate client data in the Case Management System and monitor responses to calls, emails, and voicemails. Maintain an organized office space, coordinate couriers and process servers, and process deposits, invoices, and check requests. Handle sensitive client information with discretion. This role supports new client conversion and retention with performance-based bonus opportunities. The position requires on-site, M–F, 8–5 attendance and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional presence and dependable attendance (on-site, M–F, 8–5)

- Experience in a law office, medical office, or professional setting preferred
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
