Job Summary
As the first point of contact for potential and current clients, the Law Office Administrator coordinates the client experience: scheduling, coordinating consultations, managing attorney calendars, and ensuring timely follow-up. You will maintain accurate client data in the Case Management System, handle calls, emails, and voicemails, keep an organized front office, and coordinate couriers, process servers, and marketing materials. You’ll also handle deposits, invoices, and check requests with confidentiality and care, contributing to new client conversion and retention with performance-based bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a law office, medical office, or professional setting preferred
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Professional presence and dependable attendance (on-site, M–F, 8–5)
