Manage high-volume commercial insurance and government agency work, including defending litigated claims, handling major personal injury matters, and assessing damages for CTP insurers and scheme agents. Support senior team members with strategic audits, risk analysis, and reserve reviews while gaining advocacy experience in the Administrative Review Tribunal. Required Qualifications
- Recent law graduate
- Recently admitted lawyer
- Up to 2 years PAE
Desired Qualifications
- Experience gained in an insurance or litigation practice
- Plaintiff and in-house experience
- Advocacy experience in the Administrative Review Tribunal
- CTP insurance experience
- Ability to organise and prioritise your time
