Job Summary
Law Enforcement Dispatcher at UW-Madison Police Department operates in a 24-hour communication center, answering 911 calls and coordinating police response. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, triaging, and escalating issues; providing clear instructions in high-stress emergencies; scheduling resources for incident response; operating police radios and consoles; and handling documentation in accordance with policies. Required Qualifications
