Job Summary
Prepare legal documents and correspondence related to mortgage enforcement within the Account Recovery Services group; manage workflow, provide guidance to teammates, and support civil litigation processes. Responsibilities include handling communications with customers and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with standardized processes, and leveraging software (MS Word, RPMS/Techcom) to produce documents, tools, and templates. Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the capacity to operate with minimal supervision are required. The role emphasizes risk management, problem-solving across multiple information sources, and the ability to train or coach others as needed. Law Clerk designation is required and prior collections or mortgage-enforcement experience in a law firm or financial institution is preferred.
