Job Summary
Role focuses on servicing aircraft lavatory and potable water systems on the ramp in a safe, timely, and regulation-compliant manner. Responsibilities include draining waste tanks, replenishing chemicals, refilling potable water, conducting pre/post-operation inspections, maintaining service records, operating service vehicles safely, and communicating with ramp agents, supervisors, and flight crews to meet designated turnaround times. Requires FAA/OSHA awareness, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, pass background and drug tests, and work in an outdoor, fast-paced, team-oriented environment; shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required. Strong emphasis on safety procedures, PPE usage, and adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain airport security clearance
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Previous ramp or ground service experience
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- Reliability and punctuality
