Job Summary
Provide guidance and leadership in the development of a middle school boys' baseball program. The coach will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the baseball field. The baseball coach will be expected to travel with the team. The baseball coach will be also responsible for the leadership and development of the coaching staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be age 21 or older
- Successful completion of the NFHS Concussion in Sports course before coaching duties
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents, students, and school administrators
- Ability to motivate students
- Ability to be dependable and punctual
- Regular and predictable on-site attendance is required
- Preferred: Previous coaching experience or participation in the sport at high school/college level
- Preferred: Current CPR certification
