Job Summary
Join Healthcare Services Group as a Laundry Worker to maintain cleanliness and availability of linens in a long-term care facility. Responsibilities include collecting, washing, and distributing laundry, operating equipment, and ensuring a sanitary environment while providing excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to work around cleaning products.
- Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
- Residency within the service area required.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous laundry experience is preferred but not required.
- Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
