Job Summary
Pick up and deliver linens and towels to resort outlets on schedule, then weigh, load, wash, dry, and unload laundry while maintaining proper cleaning procedures. Complete assigned driving routes, communicate with supervisors via company cell phone, and report equipment issues or safety hazards promptly. Maintain workstations, follow health and sanitation regulations including chemical handling, and perform duties independently while upholding resort policies. This role requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50 lbs. while standing for most of the shift. Full-time hourly employees after 60 days receive medical, dental, vision, 401k, and vacation pay, along with exclusive resort discounts and wellness events.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of resort activities
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Good to Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must possess a valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must be able to lift minimum weight of 50 lbs. across short-medium distances
- Must physically be able to transport linen(s) over the course of a full shift
- Must be able to remain standing for a vast majority of a full shift
- Must be able to work on site
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, intense work environment
- Must be able to remain calm under extreme heat and stress
