Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service while assisting customers with laundry and gaming room needs. Maintain general upkeep of all machines, perform light janitorial duties, and balance tills through bookkeeping. Wash and fold laundry, bartend, and operate the bill breaker machine. Communicate with approved vendors and follow all store, department, and safety policies. Work within company programs and procedures, prioritizing tasks to multi-task effectively.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Basset certificate
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication), weights and measures
- 21 years or older
- Slip resistant shoes with closed toe and heel
- Uniform per store policy
- Ability to stand regularly (Over 2/3 of the time)
- Ability to walk regularly (Over 2/3 of the time)
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel regularly (Over 2/3 of the time)
