Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service while assisting guests with laundry and gaming room needs. Wash and fold laundry, maintain bill breaker machines, and perform general upkeep of all equipment. Balance tills for bookkeeping, bartend, and complete light janitorial duties. Communicate with vendors and follow all store policies and safety procedures. Work within company programs to promote established initiatives. DailyPay integration allows for daily earnings. Minimum wage up to $18/hour for IL locations. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication), weights and measures
- Basset certificate
- Slip resistant shoes with closed toe and heel
- Uniform per store policy
- 21 years or older
- Ability to stand regularly (over 2/3 of the time)
- Ability to walk regularly (over 2/3 of the time)
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel regularly (over 2/3 of the time)
