Job Summary
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest and employee uniforms and clothing, including operating laundry and dry-cleaning equipment, pressing, folding, and delivering items meeting 5-diamond standards. Handle guest requests for laundry/dry cleaning, minor repairs, and pressing, and maintain records of laundered items. Provide professional, engaging, and friendly service; track uniforms issued to employees via computer system; keep the uniform area clean and organized. Requires ability to follow directions, strong time management, multitasking, and ability to work with chemicals; standing/walking throughout shift; may lift up to 50 pounds. Visa eligibility to work in the United States is required.
