Job Summary
Operate washing and drying equipment, load/unload textiles, and measure/dispense cleaning agents per formulas. Monitor feeder information on washers, ensure drums are full, and report irregularities to the supervisor. Set proper drying times for different linen types, clean machines and surrounding areas, sort linen and terry, pre-treat stains as needed, fold linen according to property specifications, and transport linen within the laundry area and to storage. Adhere to hotel safety requirements for supplies and equipment; perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor. Emphasizes teamwork, guest-service focus, and adherence to quality standards.
