Job Summary
Operate washing and drying equipment, load and unload textiles, and measure cleaning agents according to provided formulas. Monitor feeder information on washers, ensure drums are full, and report irregularities to the supervisor. Set drying and cooling times, clean machines, sort linen, pre-treat stains, and fold items per property specifications. Transport linen within the laundry area and to storage zones while complying with hotel safety requirements. Other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor. This physically demanding role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. The position reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor within the Housekeeping Department at an upscale hotel managed by OTO Development.
