Job Summary
The Laundry Supervisor will oversee all laundry operations in a luxury hotel, directing washing, drying, pressing, and finishing of linens, uniforms, and textiles; ensure timely linen delivery to guest rooms, dining outlets, spa, and public spaces; lead and develop the laundry team to uphold quality and productivity; maintain a safe, organized working environment; coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to meet operational needs; monitor linen quality and manage inventory and equipment maintenance; require 2-3 years of hotel/ resort laundry experience with supervisory capabilities; capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs; maintain strong attention to detail, organization, and communication; duties include scheduling staffing, inspecting linens, operating commercial laundry equipment, maintaining records, and supporting peak periods with hands-on involvement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial laundry operations required
- Supervisory experience within hospitality or healthcare environments preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Basic computer proficiency in tracking and reporting
