Job Summary
Direct laundry operations by scheduling attendant hours based on resort occupancy, distributing daily workloads, and ensuring tasks are completed. Control financial objectives against established labor standards while supervising staff training, motivation, and safety practices. Maintain cleanliness and repair of all laundry equipment, communicate maintenance needs, and perform normal attendant duties as required. This hands-on role reports directly to the Housekeeping Manager at Leisure Hotels & Resorts, where team members foster internal culture through honesty and fiscal responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- Must speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
- Requires bending, stooping, climbing, standing, walking, sitting, reaching, grasping, carrying, repetitive motions, visual acuity, hearing, writing and good verbal skills
- On occasion may be required to lift up to 40 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- General high school education or better preferred
