Job Summary
Laundry position performing routine laundry duties for facility linens and resident personal items, operating washers/dryers, sorting and folding, delivering laundry to resident rooms or storage, maintaining a clean work area, following Housekeeping/Laundry Manual, adhering to safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies, and coordinating with the Supervisor for inventory. Requires physical ability to lift/carry, reach, push/pull, and work beyond normal hours including weekends/holidays when necessary; must relate to ill or elderly residents and maintain professional conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
