Job Summary
Manage inventory, quality control, and the direct exchange process for assigned laundry facilities while supervising personnel. Create and implement systems for resource management, delivery of finished goods, and customer service. Perform data entry, train staff, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and training sessions. Work in an industrial setting with some weekends and holidays, lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Valid REAL ID - compliant driver's license or identification card, or ability to obtain one before employment
- Degree in management or related field, or any combination of equivalent education and experience
- Proven experience in production services, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Experience training and working with people with disabilities
- Knowledge of efficient production, effective quality control, and workplace safety practices
- Capable of meeting standards set for the quality and timeliness of work, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 or related software
- Must be free of tuberculosis in a communicable form
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with prolonged periods of standing
- Must be able to complete tasks that require a full range of motion to include pushing/pulling, crouching, stooping, or reaching at/below shoulder level and overhead
- Must be able to withstand extreme fluctuations of temperature and noise level
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Proof of an acceptable driving record
