Job Summary
Greet customers, explain the drop-off process, and answer questions using the Q&A database. Receive, weigh, tag, and bag laundry via the QR code system, then load washers and dryers following load-size guidelines. Perform eco-friendly stain pretreatment, fold neatly, and inspect final loads for quality before handing them to customers. Maintain a spotless workspace by following daily cleaning checklists, removing lint traps, and managing spills. Wear provided PPE, follow safety protocols, and ensure strict separation of customer loads. Log new customer activations in the app for bonuses and participate in training modules to earn the SpinJoy Certified Laundry Pro badge. Submit a resume and brief note explaining why you want to help make laundry easy for Oklahoma shoppers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and reliability
- Ability to stand/walk for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills
- Comfortable using smartphone/tablet for app and QR scanning
- Flexible availability (including weekends and evenings—Walmart store hours)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or laundry/laundromat experience
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment or basic machine operation
- Enthusiasm for eco-friendly practices and helping busy Oklahoma families
