Job Summary
Laundry Plant Operator responsible for supervising 40-50 resident workers, prioritizing workloads, controlling the flow of textiles, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role involves evaluating skills, directing production, maintaining quality, collecting production data, and providing professional customer service while supporting IT and security-related tasks within a laundry operation. Work schedule is 4am-12:00pm, Monday-Friday with occasional overtime and weekends; requires reliable transportation as there is no public transit at shift times. Requires ability to operate industrial laundry equipment and lift up to 50 lbs, with potential to push/pull up to 700 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
- Current residency within the State of Wisconsin upon application
- Basic knowledge of all job-related computer and software applications
