Laundry Manager

Laundry Manager responsible for hotel laundry daily operations and services, supervising and directing employees to wash, dry and iron linen for guest rooms and Food & Beverage/Culinary Department within established time constraints, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and focusing on guest and employee satisfaction alongside optimizing the department’s financial performance. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, budgeting, safety compliance, staff supervision and development, coordinating with Engineering on equipment, ensuring supply management, and maintaining consistent communication of department goals to achieve service excellence and efficient operations.
