Job Summary
Manage the hotel laundry operation for Pullman Lombok Mandalika Beach Resort, directing daily and long-term laundry activities, training and supervising laundry staff, developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, liaising with the Executive Housekeeper to meet peak occupancy requirements, coordinating linen supplies with the Food & Beverage team, ensuring high-quality guest laundry and dry cleaning, maintaining equipment and inventories, producing monthly operation reports, scheduling staff rosters to align with occupancy, and staying informed on new products and systems to improve quality and service. Strong leadership, English communication, and a commitment to hygiene standards are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in the same position (Laundry Manager) or equivalent
- Good oral proficiency in English
- 5-star & Luxury brand experience beneficial
- Solid understanding of hygiene standards and laundry operational procedures
- Leadership and team-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in preparing reports and managing rosters
- Knowledge of linen supply management and equipment maintenance
